What I learned in our working with Patti  was that I still experienced the impact of early trauma.  Despite the fact that I have my doctorate and a fully satisfying teaching career, I had areas of my life where I was not totally free, did not feel safe, and was tolerating being limited in my self-expression.

As result of working with Patti, I began to walk and was soon running (which is a breakthrough for me physically). I’ve gained freedom of movement and have lost 15 pounds over a few months.
