Here are a few more strategies to start becoming wiser today:
1. Evaluate your day. Spend 30 minutes at the end of each day and see what you can learn from your day.
Think. Think before you speak, decide, or take action. When something out of the ordinary happens, think. Not enough people take the time to actually think. A little thinking can avoid a lot of challenges.
3. Understand your subconscious mind and learn to rewire it for success.
People over 60 will often say, “I feel free now because I don’t care what other’s think of me.”
