I am working right now on introducing a new program in my current business community. I developed a plan of action, but found that left to my own devices, I was not reliable for following that plan on a consistent basis. As a result, it follows that I have had inconsistent results. Well, yesterday, I decided to apply the tenants of my new program to my dilemma and wow, did it make a difference. Basically I created a 28-day plan and a set of 10 actions I would take everyday, ranging from working on my social media strategies to mediating daily. I put these action in a tracking worksheet, that I would track daily. Today I found myself taking the actions I had been putting off for months because they were on my tracking form and I wanted to say "yes" I did that. It is amazing how excited I am by having done what I said I would do and opportunities are coming out of the woodwork as a result of those actions. I will keep you updated as the weeks progress.
